Tiffany

Transcendental Meditation

Tiffany Hess is a Rexburg native, born and raised. She is a wife and mother to four kids and teaches preschool at a local daycare. Being in nature in any shape or form feeds her soul. She loves slowing life way down and living in the moment. This is one of many reasons she was drawn to meditation. Her journey with meditation began when she had to figure out how to heal herself when doctors couldn't. When she experienced first hand how beneficial meditation could be, she wanted to share it with others.

She is certified in Primordial Sound Meditation. This meditation is a daily practice that allows you to balance your body, mind, and soul easily and effortlessly. She loves leading group meditations and feeling the energy that comes from it.
